#3DS IN 2025?

o3ds lowk since you cant buy the newer models, and the 3dsxl is prone to snap the hinge
I found new 3ds very nice nice price, complete box
but I aint got money for that rn
o3ds then
the best one for price is the 2ds. but as you got the money, the 3ds is a better option since its more compact. the 3ds xl is not worth it; though the new editions are good as well (but expensive). i got 1 n2ds xl and its great for stuff, very big screen and very good performance
it depends on personal opinion tho.
Ye personally I thought of buying New 3DS, 3ds or 2ds. New 3DS cause I like that its small, not too big yk yk, and has the newest features aswell
You know, people say "do not buy a n2ds xl it sucks get a n3ds" but i prefer this one
and guess what? i got all 3 of them (3ds, 2ds, n2ds xl) and i'd tier them like this
n2ds xl
3ds
2ds
We don't recommend buying the New 2DS XL for a multitude of reasons:
- Higher rate of FCRAM failure
- Higher rate of NAND failure
- Hinge prone to snapping
- Difficult to repair (e.g battery glued in place)
- Low quality build despite being in the "New" line
- High price despite being a budget console
- Lower battery capacity (1300mAh vs 1750mAh)
- LCD light bleeds through the shell on orange and white models
- Backplate uses tri-point screws despite all other models using #00 JIS
- Speakers placed where your hand goes
- Matte finish is prone to scratching
- Tiny stylus
- No 3D (obviously)
- No charging cradle
We are of course not saying to get rid of it if you already own one, but if you are in the market for a new 3DS it's best to avoid the n2DSXL for the reasons above.
