Apps on sd card not hsowing on homesreen menu

hey my 3ds sd card apps arent showing up on home menu only twillight menu does anyone know how to fix this issue? it happened after i tried downloading a qr code from ds game forwarders to have them on homescreen and it failed so i said i quit and turned it off and removed the and plugged the sd card in my pc to add more ds roms to the sd card then when i booted the 3ds back up nothing showed up but the twillight menu and the ofher apps u dont the sd card for but when i go to system settings and data management the apss show up so how do i get it to homescreen menu.
