You can find a maybe working old 3ds on ebay for around 80.
In that price range tho you'll want to carefully read the description since it will be used and not refurbished.

A confirmed working and refurbished old 3ds will be closer to $160+

But you could probably find a decent deal on a completely/mostly functional old 3ds that has not been refurbished for that 80-100 dollar price range on something like ebay or facebook market place.
So long as you carefully read the description to make sure it is tested and working well enough that you want to spend money on the system.
