This is my 3DS from childhood. Never modded. Just turned it on one day and it has this issue. The only thing I did since my discovery was take out the original SD card. I also turned off 3D functions with parental controls. I'm sure this is something beyond me to fix, but I just wanted to know if anyone knew what the issue even is. Thanks
