How to fix that thing

This part where the screws are, almost gonna be broken, I wanna remove the shell to get my SD card but I'm scared to cut that thing, (Sorry for my bad explanation), help me what should I do

Are you able to unscrew them with your fingers? Hard to tell but they look loose

If not, you can try a screwdriver with a rubber band between the screw and screwdriver
