Pokemon emulation question

Just ordered myself a copy of black 2, comes with an old profile on it, potentially with version exclusives that I wouldn't be able to get otherwise for the sake of not having white 2, so i want to be able to trade them back to what would become my new profile on the game... except i dont have another 3ds or game copy that can do that.

Would it be possible to emulate a copy of the game on my pc to trade between my 3ds and the pc so I can trade the pokemon back to the 3ds? also wanted to see if this would work with the unova link in activating challenge mode. for reference, my 3ds isnt modded and i wont be able to (its my cousin's he's told me not to do so)

also got a copy of ultra sun, is there any hypothetical way of filling in version exclusive pokemon without another game copy/console or a modded 3ds? sorry if these questions are a bit more pokemon niche. please let me know if you have any questions regarding these

doesn't the 3ds have poke transporter or something?

pretty sure that app let you transfer pokemon to pokemon bank

they're not downloadable from the eshop anymore so if you don't have them you're kinda screwed

yeah it's best to use a modded 3ds, there was some utility that had compatibility to transfer from black and white to 3ds

so yeah they need to mod their 3ds

well yeah they will need a modded 3ds if they don't have those 2 apps

and modding is really good anyway and unlocks a ton of other possibilities

yeah to sum up, i wont have access to bank or a modded 3ds

so the only other thing i can come up with is using an emulator on pc to act as a place to store those pokemon

my other solution is to just hope someone i know has a 3ds with a pokemon game, thats it
