Long story short, my start button is unresponsive anywhere on my N3dsXL except when I power it on to access GM9. I have tried switching Motherboard, rubbers and the button themselves but to no avail. I've also tried a ctrtransfer, but this also didn't work.
Anyone have a potential solution or is the button dead dead?

no, only seems to work when I want to load into gm9

If you're in GM9 and try hitting Start, does that reboot the console or does it do nothing?

You can, but it'll only work in the 3DS' OS (so not in Luma config or GodMode9)
