That's normal. That's probably just a result of the parallax barrier.

Im assuming you're talking about the bright spots

The 3d effect works by interlacing two slightly different images behind a parallax barrier which tricks your eyes into seeing depth

The bright spots you are seeing is the spaces in between the barrier where light shines through the brightest

#

You can see this even more clearly if you turn on the 3d effect in a dark room and aim the screen at a wall
