#3DS is still bricked after following the "Restoring" guide on the 3DS Hacks website

I tried to make a custom theme and install it to my 3DS but it completely bricked my console. The image shows the error message when booting. I tried following the guide on the website 3DS Hacks: https://3ds.hacks.guide/restoring-updating-cfw.html This did nothing. I tried deleting the theme, which also did nothing. What do I do?

Its not bricked

go into the folder sd:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/extdata/00000000/ and delete the folder matching your region, one of the following:

USA: 000002cd
EUR: 000002ce
JPN: 000002cc
