My little brother was just playing his New Nintendo 2DS XL when it all of a sudden broke like this. The system itself still works fine, and I can still snap it into place (like in the second picture). However, if I try to fold it closed or open to far, it breaks again. any tips? Anyone know if I can maybe just glue it back into place? (Mainly so I don’t have to spend $500 bucks on a new 3ds lmao)

WE FIXED IT
After I drove all around town to many retro video game stores asking for advice, one store just fixed it
We glued it and it works fine, and my brother is very happy.
