I've done everything in the post-install troubleshooting guide and my 2DS' sd card slot is not broken as it works with the same sd card when it's formatted. I've also tried to check with boot9strap and it says that the SD FIRM is missing while the CTRNAND firm was loaded

As long as the sd card is a reliable brand like sandisk, lexar, kingston, or samsung you can use it

Copy all files over from the old sd card to the new one and put it into the 3ds and see if it turns on
