3DS Xl blue light black screen

I just bought this nintendo 3ds Xl off marketplace knowing it has this issue, the issue in question is when i turn on the device i get a black screen and the blue led, the device doesn’t respond to anything, also the seller stated that it had cfw but i don’t know, he provided the sd card he used with the device but it was formatted so its pretty much useless, any help would be really appreciated, thanks!

i have a ds and an r4 but i dont find any tutorials on how to do it

Ctrcheck and hardware test both create log files

You need to open gm9 to do it

yesterday i had it but i checked all the flexes and everything and it dissapeared

i reconnected everything

There's a loose or damaged ribbon cable

Likely the top or bottom screen backlight ribbon cable

Should also check the top and bottom screen data cables, the speaker ribbon cable, and the camera ribbon cable

i disconnected the camera one i think

is it p9?

it think that one is damaged it has like a cut in the flex

so i disconnected it now, should i try the hw test?

with no screen

when i insert the sd card with the hw test the blue light turns on then it snaps to black and turns off

im lost i really dont know what to do

i teared it down completely

i might need a full top lcd replacement

i think the owner broke the top lcd flex and managed to put it like normal

but when i checked it was cut in half

i just realized that

i was gonna order some parts anyway

but can that cause the issue?

im unsure if i should order the parts or just

Is this the data cable or backlight cable?

You cant test the motherboard without the top and bottom lcd backlight ribbon cables attached
