So my sister recently got a bigger SD card for her 2DS and asked me to transfer everything so she could download more games (it was modded like 2 years ago) but today she showed me that anytime she tries to do anything or open an app, the luma boot firm pops up and then when she turns it back on everything gets deleted. I have a backup saved on my laptop and i’ve got her stuff back atleast 4 times now because of the apps just deleting. can anyone help that would be greatly appreciated. it doesn’t happen to my 2ds.

I also tried updating luma through universal updater but the same thing still happens

Are they still in system settings -> data management -> Nintendo 3ds -> software
