#Console crashing on start up

Hello, everyone!
I have a Nintendo2Ds and today my little cousin tried to game on it while I was asleep and he opened some “game” that forced the console to get “An exception occured” and checking with ChatGPT it says it’s an ARM11 crash.
Since I bought this console second hand 6 years ago It came “cracked” with bunch of games in it and I’ve never needed to understand nor to fix any of those issues, I basically always turned it on and gamed on whatever I wanted to.ChatGPT suggest to upload the latest .dmp file in here and maybe someone with more knowledge can help me fix it.
Tried taking out the SD card but same issue appears.I’ve tried couple of the fix examples ChatGPT gave me but cannot replace the boot.firm with the newest file from the GitHub (I’m assuming the card is locked under these crack conditions)

Just checked with it if its a common issue , haven’t actually allowed me to do any changes on the sd card anyways

This wont delete any of the existing files in the console, right?

It doesnt allow me to upload any of the files inside my SD card I guess its locked under any conditions

Formatting the card will delete everything I assume?

Ty guys.I’ve fixed it!

One more off topic question is the joystick/joypad/thumbstick switchable on these consoles because my cousin used his finger nail to press it before I had time to explain him how to use it and now its pretty screwed
