Hey my 3ds joystick cover pad crumbled after cleaning with alcohol wipes, id like to replace it with as close to a one to one replacement, so far in canada the best i can find on amazon are these cover caps, Is there any recommended vendor or replacement cap you would personally recommend? Thanks in advance.

Extremely impressed by the similarity between this item and a genuine nintendo circle pad. The rubber is nice and soft, like the original. The colour is identical to the original one on my white 'new' 3ds (i chose the light grey colour option). My original nintendo part actually had slightly worse mould lines than this replacement part! The only noticable difference would be that the rubber is ever so slightly less deep, and therefore stands slightly proud of the circle pad recess (photo attached showing this). You need to inspect the device sideways, very up close to see this, though. It is practically the same diameter, you will not notice the difference (comparison photo attached). I would highly recommend this item to those who want to replace their circle pad cap and want something identical to the original.

The timorn caps were not good
not awful, near 1 to 1 for diameter but not "original" style, cheap spray on layer of rubber.
If you were not picky, I could see these being acceptable.

Are you able to take off the rubber from the replacement and put it on the circle pad since mine doesn’t have the rubber part?
