#Need help uninstalling a software with no name

I was trying to install twilightmenu and I tried to install it using GodMode9, the result was a software with no name (Image 1) that instantly crashes when opened (Image 2) and when trying to uninstall it through settings, if I click DSiware my console immediately crashes (Image 3).

I've tried going through manage titles in GodMode9 and the only thing I've found is this, which shares the same Process Title ID (Image 4), now I'm not sure if this IS that software or if it's something else entirely, I'm asking just to be sure before doing anything.

Twilight Menu's title ID is normally 0003000453524C41 (or 0004800453524C41)
Not sure why you even tried installing it from GodMode9, but do DS Download Play and DS-mode Internet still work?
