Old 3ds Xl doesn't start

Hello everybody :3
I find a second hand 3ds xl.
The 3ds stays always with the blue light on, but never starts, even whit a R4 and the magnethax, at this point i dont know what to do. When doesnt have an sd i can see that have luma and b9s, but doesnt start godmode9.

Show the contents of the SD card, and also what you used to format it to FAT32

I used the windows formatting tool... is better to use another thing???
