if you're still having trouble with this, try downloading twl fix from universal updater then doing a system update

hi so i ran the .3dsx fix i found from the troubleshooting link it was kind of hard to see where this actually was as going to the actual link lands u here now, so if anyone else wondering the fix is located in Post-install
