i was trying to download streetpass plaza update "connect wifi" ok sure i go do it and the wifi test always fails

looks like the trouble is in your router setup

#

maybe ports closed or not asigned ip correctly

i suggest to give static ip to console in both settings router and console, and in router assign needed ports (look on google because i have all opened) to that ip
