I’ve tried multiple outlets, only have one charger. Really hope it’s just a charger or battery problem and not a port problem ;((( scared and sad

Sometimes manufacturers cheap out and repurpose old 5V chargers as 3DS ones, this shouldn't be that much of a problem if the tolerances were met but unfortunately a lot of these cheap chargers often have terrible voltage regulation with voltage initially way too high under light load

Also they are a health and safety hazard because if they cheaped out on the safety capacitor inside them and it has a bad day it can kill you
