hi! yesterday i did a CRTtransfer on my Nintendo 3DS xl Everything was fine until i realised that after the CRTtransfer my games doesnt appear in the home screen (Although they are still on the SD card) can someone help me fixing that? also before the CRTTransfer i did full sd card copy if that even helps at something.

but what's the point of it when i have to re-install my apps? i mean i could do it even without your help and the point is that i had the games on my sd card and nowe they don't display even thought i have the exact same amount of data on my sd card

Okay so i made alot of progres without you but now i need your help. i have every single game in place where they should be, now i want to register them (they are in 3ds/id/id/titles) that console uses but i cant realy figure out what do i do now. Of course i have every single data from my sd card back up so please someone help cuz i know it's actually possible an im really close to solving my issue.

You'll need to actually reinstall them with fbi. Title.db is just a list of all the apps you had

And one very important question, do you know something about fixing non working camera (console frezes when enter the app ) and few games doesnt work and after entering shows black screen ( it's consoles fault cuz i tried reinstalin the games etc. )

yeah that could be camera but what about black screen when enetering game ? (it happens in mario kart 7 and cut the rope ) and in alot other games and it's 100% confirmed to be console issue not a game

if you have a spare one thats the same size, try copying all the contents of your sd card over to it and see if it still happens

if it doesnt happen with the other one, then its your sd card

but if it still happens, its either something on it is corrupt or smn else is going on with it

and especially when its not a confirmed corrupted issue

its not a tool thats harmless to run and should only be used if the cart is 100% broken. Running it has a chance to break the cart.

rayman orgins,cut the rope triple treat, super Mario maker , Rayman 3d,micheal Jackson the experience. im 100% sure these right there had that issue (from sd card)

The only thing i could think of that could maybe fix this is TWLFix, but apparently its only for ds cartridges and not 3ds cartridges so idk if it actually could fix this or not. @tender onyx would TWLFix be a bad idea?
