i bought this 3ds secondhand about a week ago, but it wasn’t long before i noticed a black line of pixels forming through the middle of the bottom screen.
can somebody identify what’s wrong and/or provide me with a solution? the line seems to be growing larger each time i pick it up.

I don't know really but I had them in my ds lite (tho they were horizontal) repair shop said I need a new screen, might be different for this though

Looks like leaking liquid crystal, you'll have to replace the screen. It will keep getting bigger over time

It says difficult but it depends on if you've done something similar before
By the way, it's the lower LCD you're replacing, not the touch screen/digitiser
