Can someone help me with this transferring?

I’ve been trying to transfer Pokémon from Bank to Home and I’ve tried 3 god damn times now and each time it says it’s failed. Whenever it takes me back to the homescreen and I go into home it just does not work and says “moving from Pokémon bank has failed” is it something wrong with my 3ds?

Uh, I’m pretty sure? Do the moves mean anything? I’m pretty sure I used a save editor to give a couple some moves and I wasn’t sure if they learnt it properly
