It was working a few weeks ago and then suddenly when i try to turn it on, nothing happens.
No blue light, no popping sound, just nothing.
When i plug it in to charge the orange light goes on and it will STAY on as long as its plugged in (been plugged in for a day and the orange light is still on)
So does anyone know what issue my 3DS is having? Is it bricked? Ive looked around and couldn’t find any similar issues

Sounds like a battery issue
I don't know very much but if you know anyone else with a 3ds or have an extra try swapping the battery's and see if it still does that

Did that with my brothers working 3ds and still no luck
(My battery in my brothers 3ds works just fine too)
