After sd card transfer files in new card wont read/gets deleted(?)

Hello, I was trying to transfer my sd to a new one to download other game on it but once i transfer all files and slot it in my 3ds only my theme and game/homebrew icons load, once I try to launch a game it says sd removed. I then remove my sd and when I check the sd on my pc the data in the files and allegedly used space dont match up.(Check image)

for more context this is after deleting everything in the sd card without formating

after reparing via windows found a hidden file deleted redid the transfer wasnt fixed

Was it fixed? (I’m not good at understanding this sorry)

Maybe try also getting a new sd card maybe and just copy paste files onto there
