hi i just bought a used nintendo 3ds ll and i saw that i was suposed to have a language change option in other settings but i just dont have it can someone pls tell me how to get that option with out modding my 3ds.

Unmodded Japanese 3DS/2DS models are Japanese language only if I’m not mistaken.

There’s the language thing I mentioned, the fact that Japanese 3DSes are restricted to only Japanese games because of Region Lock (without modding) and that you can’t get non-Japanese updates on unmodded 3DSes.

All stock 3DSes are region locked.
