#3DS doesn't recognize SD Card with Fat32 format

I've got 4 consoles here. All working fine. I wanted to upgrade to 512gb for my Main Console and none of them recognizes it. I Formated the SD Card to Fat32 (it was exFat before) with 32 clusters. Is there something i'm missing? The Sd Card is from Samsung and yes it works and is Original because i used it on my Switch before. Please i am losing my mind -.-

You should be using 64kb clusters not 32kb
