Guys I have two new 3ds xls, a galaxy one and a hyrule one
Galaxy has lower ips, and hyrule has upper ips
I want to switch the bottom screens of each 3ds with eachother, that way I can have a normal galaxy new 3ds, but a dual ips hyrule edition, making it super cool, rare, and awesome
Will it work? does 3ds ident identify it and detect it as both ips? let me know thanks

No I didn't
Actually, im gonna change my answer, i did research and saw some people did do it and it didnt work, while others did do it and it DID work

If you do end up wanting to try swapping, changing out the lower screen is pretty straightforward, much easier that the top screen

if I do i'm giving it to someone else lol

Also if you ever open them up, take some pics of the motherboards! Could be a good way to get to the bottom of it
