pnid signup

As I sign up for a new nnid with pretendo I can get all the way to the end until I get the error code 022-2402, not sure what this means, could anyone help me or tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks

Have you tried switching from pretendo to nintendo, then back to pretendo? that worked for me.
