{Pretendo} Online functionality and help

Question: people be saying "send me your swapdoodles" or "add me so you can swapdoodle" but the second i try doing that it doesnt work and "an error occured" tbh the only pretendo services that work for me on 3ds are the friends list if i try joining pple in mario kart it takes a ridiculous amount of time to load and then says a connection errot occured or something similar. I dont think ive ever joined a server with pretendo on my 3ds.

1. does pretendo support swapdoodle?

2. does pretendo joining friends mario kart work yet?

3. why might my 3ds not work with pretendo?

Background info: i have a region changed new 3ds LL (XL). I know all about cfw for the most part and how to install it.
I have a pretendo account and its verified.
My network works, im not on a proxy server either.
Works as i can use internet/youtube and ctgp.
