Im trying to delete the parental controls on my 3ds but it says this. Idk what to do about it

And i have waited in the home menu for a while and still says it

i'm not sure how long you have to wait or how many times you have to attempt it, though

if your console has homebrew/cfw you can force remove it with a homebrew program: https://db.universal-team.net/3ds/3ds-parentalunlock

This app also removes restrictions from making ur account when under 13. Wonder why Nintendo doesn’t make an under 13 NNID 13+ when it reaches 13.
