update: am having multiple problems downloading cia files, for instance with TWPatch

This is my 2nd 3DS btw and I just hacked this with 3ds.guide so everything (including luma,gm9) are all updated. My first 3ds didn't have these problems.

as far as I know this 3ds don't have any external issues, and the sd card works fine so idk what is wrong
