2DS weird issues with booting

Here is the thing. My 2DS randomly shuts down during gameplay - with pop. After this when I try to turn it on it blinks blue light without pop and nothing happens. But without sd card it stays longer but pops (it didn't do it first time yesterday). Trying to hold select or start to boot into Luma config or God mode not works and it works as the sd card was in - blinks and turns off without pop.

What I did to console before in order:
Replaced digitizer
Destored camera ribbon (currently not connected, new camera is waiting to be inserted)
Destored backlight latch - replaced it and it worked

Some other things:
It turned off last time while clicking home button.
It turned off when I unplugged charger once.
It turned off after it got out of sleep mode.
It turned off when randomly scrolling through menu icons.
I guess it randomly drained battery overnight but I'm not sure.

How I fixed it today for some time:
I put out and in all ribbons of mobo and it turned on
It shut down when I was walking to bus stop when I turned off sleep. Spammed sleep switch a little and it worked (??)

Please help me. What to do?

⁣⁣⁣⁣Thing that surprises me the most is:
SD card inserted - no pop short blink
SD card out - pop after longer blink (just like first time when I destroyed backlight latch - I fixed it and it worked)

I don't think that screen connector could disconnect while console is closed and all screws are in place.

I think Luma 3DS is installed to nand. Before this issue when I turned on console without sd card it booted without icons and theme but iirc rosalina worked. Now without sd card it stays on blue for while and pops.
