I homebrewed it like a year ago it was working fine but sometimes if I touched the start button would turn off but other than that good was using it today put it in my bag came home and stopped working

then your SD is dislodged and the 3ds can't read it, and you never copied luma to NAND to be able to boot without SD
you also don't have the newer B9S from around the year change, which color codes the light to say exactly what is wrong
