#How to repair the rubber joystick

I have a 3DS XL and the rubber joystick has come off there's still a black bit sticking out from where it was attached what would I need to repair it and would I need to open it up? I will attach a pic soon

I ordered a circle pad on eBay and it ended up being too small and I've just had a look at the one in the link you sent and that also appears to be too small in the images

Is there any other trusted places I can buy them?

After a bit more research I think I'm gonna have to open it up

Yea if you wanna replace it entirely you would have to open it up

But if you still have the og stick topper you could just glue it back on

id reccomend getting a metal one, they are slightly smaller but so much more durable
