it appears that a region of your digitizer is depressed
the solution would be to flatten the lens, but i'm not sure if that's doable without taking the console apart
try pressing down on the lens with moderate force with your thumb, and then moving it around in circles, try doing this in every part of the screen

press your thumb down on the bottom screen and move it around in circles, make sure you don't press down too hard
the idea is that doing this will unstuck the area of the digitizer that's pressed down

i once tried filling a note in the note app thing in all black and the touchscreen was fixed

perhaps the digitizer is too deformed and needs a replacement then
