Don't know if this is the right place for it but oh well sorry if it isn't.
Recently wanted to play my old Pokemon Heartgold again so I cleaned the cartridge and put it in my 3ds it was reading it everything was working fine except saving everytime I try to safe I get the blue screen with a message saying "backup memory has failed" if anybody knows something about it much appreciated

Kind off I get a different error message now when I try to safe its says the save data cannot be accessed
Idk maybe I am just cleaning wrong I have been doing it for like 20 min now and using a q-tip and cleaning alcohol
