Is it possible to trade/transfer over the pirated Pokemon game to my real pokemon games/bank?

The CIA Pokemon Game includes, Game Boy Advance & DS + my set-up to help narrow down my answer.

I havent hacked my 3DS yet
I have the new model 3DS XL
Mirco SD Card 128gbs (formatted)
I bought BANK & TRANSPORTER before the eshop closed (it is downloaded)
I have all the virtual console games installed/downloaded - Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver & Crystal
I have X, Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire, Moon, Sun & Pokemon Ultra Sun to transfer to bank then home (all cartridges)
I have Pokemon White 2 (the cartridge) - if I have to transfer gen 3 & 4 pokemons between games
My 3ds is on the newest version as of now - 11.17.0.50

(other info: my "R" button does not work, I have a working computer, I also have another 3DS XL (old) and all my pokemon games are updated to their latest versions).

For GameBoy Advance, manually back up your save to your SD card using GodMode9.

You can then either flash that to a real GBA cartridge to do the transfer the regular way, or using a save editor to transfer your pokemon to another game's save

can this be applied to the ds games too?

cause having the physical cartridge is able to be detected on transporter, idk if it will be detected if its downloaded

but if i have to manipulate save data to transfer for gba games, thats not too much of a problem

You said you have DS games as a Cia, but does this mean you just have a cia forwarder to your backed up rom in Twlight Menu?

as of now, they are just stand still icons on my 3ds home screen

but as a backed up rom on twilight not yet i dont think

Are these NDS Bootstrap forwarders, or DSi rom backups converted to CIAs?

In any case if you boot them, you could use the regular transfer method as if you had a cartridge stored in your 3DS using wireless
