format to FAT32 since it's above 32 gb. Windows has no built-in tools for formatting drives above 32 gb to FAT32 so you need to either use a different device(MacOS has it by default) or an external program to format
What program would you suggest?
I believe 3ds.hacks.guide has a recommended one. I use the Raspberry Pi Imager since it comes with disk imaging capabilities and I know that it's safe(used it before)
Only download it from raspberrypi.com if you use it, though
