I wont make it run untill it is completly dry. Maybe decontruct it to dry it correctly. Looks like there is still water between the lcd and the cover plastic glass...

that screen damage wont go away from just drying off anyway you'll have to replace it

Yes not completly maybe it gets better. What i really mean is that i wont turn on it if you not really sure its complete dry. Screenreplacement sure being the best. But maybe its get better so he can use it further.
