I need tips to learn how to coat, spray paint, a orginal 3ds

I ordered a black orginal glossy shell for my orignal 3ds. I need tips/help on how to do paint the case because i though it was the reflection and then i knew i was not trippin and the 3ds i ordered (black) but i got and its not black it goes black to grey, and its irriating me. I need: help, tips, details, products,photos, and teaching how to spray paint my 3ds may anyone help me pls tell me what spray paint, coating or anything tht wont ware off, overall I need help spray painting my 3ds black and give me the steps on how to do it pls.

No matter what color u want, ALWAYS USE A PLASTIC PRIMER so the paint will not wear off
Buy plastic spray primer (usually gray color) that works woth the spray paint you already have
Wait until it dries
Then apply your main color/colors

When it's all dry
At the end you can apply a matt or glossy transparent spray to protect it forever
