Yes and no
Someone did make a port but it was all messed up and had no animation and it wasn’t for download
So some shitty port does exist but they never put it up for download

All of which I think arnt pirated, I know the Mario 64 port is legal because it doesn’t use any Mario 64 game files and gta 3 is fine as well but the vice city port got tooken down, also Friday night funkin I think is fine as well

The Retro Engine based Sonic games all have ports because the Retro Engine has been decompiled, so that's Sonic CD (2011), the mobile ports of Sonic 1 and 2, and Sonic Mania
Though only Sonic CD has an optimized port that runs full speed on old hardware, the rest are New only

Oh and sort of Quake? Halo Revamped has a N3DS port (it runs on O3DS, just not as well), which is technically a modded version of Quake

I recommend getting the gta 3 port if you have a new 3ds system (assuming it’s not pirated which I think it’s not cause technically it’s a port of “re3”)
It’s fully playable with just a few graphic glitches
