#2DS doesn't output audio except from the menu

The audio port works without any problems but the speaker has audio only on the home menu

Does the sound work when you plug in headphones?

Hardware wise, you should use some 96° isopropyl alcohol and clean the volume lever and speakers.

If the problem persists, open it up and carefully look for corrosion, and clean it with alcohol and a toothbrush. Also check for broken connections or cables that aren't plugged in
