Hey all, bought this from ebay for cheap, seller didnt tell me it was water damaged, when i plug it in to charge the orange light turns on for like 5 sec then turns off, no change with or without battery. Already tried giving it a good scrub with ipa, checked fuse f1 and it has continuity, any tips?

A repair shop will not touch that thing
It takes time effort and money to find the problems and fix them and the result is not guaranteed
Best option to ask for a refund on ebay
