I read the FAQ on this exact problem and I followed it, but the problem persists. This is an old New Nintendo 3DS system and the issue actually started around 3 to 4 years ago. At the time I thought it was a faulty motherboard. Yes it had CFW at the time, however I wiped its SD card from all its content back when I thought the system wasn't salvageable. I do however have backups of the SD card just before installing CFW and I have a backup of it from just before the problem first showed up. As I mentioned, I tried installing the most recent Luma bootfiles, but that was with a fresh SD card and the files from the backups. I also believe I have a nand file which I assume is the one for this system. I have a suspicion that it might be a faulty SD card slot, but I just want to check if what I attempted is even correct before I even think about it being the slot. I just want to save my eshop purchases (thanks nintendo Sadge )

Are all wires in the right place/attached properly some cables like to come out if your system is dropped or shaken too hard.

everything seemed fine when i opened it, i didn't check behind the motherboard though

That should be one of the first things to check

#

Especially because there can be damaged ribbon wires behind it

alright i'll give it a try then, i remember i had a repair shop look at it back then and they just said it was a motherboard problem, but i have no clue on how they diagnosed that

i got a look at it, im not really familiar with identifying damage on these things, but i assume everything looks fine on this side
