My New3DS eShop is canadian; my Switch eShop is brazilian. I want to renew my PokéBank subscription so I can transfer my whole collection to Pokemon HOME.

Is it possible to charge my eShop account on a browser using my credit card? I know it is possible to change my whole account region, so this is not a issue; I know it is not possible to use it on 3DS, as it's eShop card-only since last year, so I wanted a simpler solution than buying shady eShop cards over eBay. Thanks!
