There is a golf cart blocking pick up point at the church, think it is Byosis i think thats his name, pal cant retrive his buggy and not sure if it can be delivered to another point with him already asking for it at church area, I have told him to try another point, but just incase I thought best to ask, the golf cart has its wheels missing, it is just a chasis sat on the deck, thanks

Crush it, there is an option to crush vehicles abandon on the recall stations, its one of the red options

I think thats the only way to get other players loot in PvE. Back in the day before there was an option to crush vehicles on the recall stations, players could block station with frames, it was actually an interesting strategy.
