When you first log into the server, the construction plan does not work, there is no context menu. When you re-enter the server, the menu appears and construction becomes possible, but then you need to go again, it is not possible to shoot or place objects on the floor or ground.

This bug does not always appear. If you pick up a weapon and aim by pressing RMB, the construction plan works correctly.

https://youtu.be/IJcZkU8_LO8 Sometimes this bug appears. I don’t have a building plan in my hands or inventory, my friend has the same bug. If you re-login to the server, the bug is fixed.

No, everything is default for me and my friend. I changed the interaction button from “E” to “F”.

this issue seems to only affect some players for some reason

tracked the issue to packet lose due to huge bases
ill look into the issue more
but you can test this if you move away from the base to a new area and build there and see if the issue pops up it most likely wont
seems to happen when changes are made to large bases
