judging by that it's an issue on your end! You need to link a credit or debit card to your paypal, I'm not entirely sure why it happens but it should be something with legal situations. If you already have a card for your paypal, contact paypal itself

Like the previous comment said, make sure you link your card to your paypal account, and if you want, you can save it as your preferred payment method so you dont have to link it again when you're doing another transaction. If you're still experiencing an issue I suggest you to contact Paypal and open a case.

Unless your account is on freeze/limitation due to any suspicious transactions, you will have to provide ID, screenshots, etc., to Paypal. Again contact Paypal to open a case so they can look further.

If youre lucky enough you can get that jackpot and win a cartouche, an ear item and basically infinite items
In the big haunted house map you collect the candy and possibly redeem items from npcs
In the flappy bird style map yoy collect brooms
In the maps with candy bags you can earn 1-3 cheese depending on how many bags you collect, candy and candy bags
What you do with te event items is:
Redeem a cartouche, i think titles and something more that im not aware of what it could be

If you export as a tribal house, you will get the whole map code, which you can load on the utility or in the tribe.
