I have the same exact pc specs as you, I had to downgrade to windows 7 or windows 10 ver 1511 to play fluidly, I believe it's the OS that cause issues. Also, flash player version causes issues too. I suggest trying to use adobe flash player 10.3.183.90 standalone or steam on the most up to date windows 10 version which you might have at the moment unless you want to downgrade windows version @violet garnet

If it happens after 15-20 seconds, you're lagging so badly the server doesn't register you moving and kills you for afk. If you're in something like parkour or records, make sure you aren't using backspace,and as kitty said if it's random, change rooms

They receive a lot of whispers, so they might not respond to your whispers if you just say "hi" or send a report - they check reports mostly from /report and the cafe report system

Ok, they might receive the report but not have time to reply to every single whisper. The best thing you can do is use the report system and send a whisper or two. If they don't reply, they are probably busy dealing with a lot of things at once. Keep in mind that there can be a lot of reports, not just yours!

When you use puffin, you have the same IP address as some other players using puffin, so if they get banned, the IP also gets banned. If you log in with your regular IP at home, your account should be fine

Once again, go back to the forum PM and reply over there so it can be discussed in further detail. The numbers before the percentages are the number of people that voted for your map, could be a yes or no to the question if they liked the map. The percentages themselves indicate how many people voted yes.
